Crazy Texas Weather

I have no clue what is going on with this crazy Texas weather. One minute it is bright and shiny and the next we are under tornado alerts with heavy rain, damaging wind and hail. And then poof, back to its normal hot summer self. It seems like the weather is acting like a Kaiser Soyze, and just disappears. ( I hope you understood that last reference)
