A couple of weeks ago, a group of friends and I saw one of the best cover bands that the DFW area has to offer. Their name of course are the SpaceRockers. The band is known for taking their song request from some alien from space while dodging laser beams, walking in uncharted space, and playing awesome songs from today and the 80's. If the "Wow: Now that is what I call music" cd had a concert with an over the top space theme, this would be it.The band played everything from Journey to Flo-Rida to Vanilla Ice. The show started around 9, but the most of us got at 8.0s around 7 in order to pay no cover and also to get a few drinks under our belt before the show started. The show was pretty entertaining but I wish they played more music from the 80s era, but overall, it was pretty damn good. Below you can also find a somewhat audioable video from that night.
